Glynn County Director of Communications Brittany Dozier Named to Georgia Trend’s 40 Under 40

The Glynn County Board of Commissioners is proud to announce that Director of Communications Brittany Dozier has been named one of Georgia Trend magazine’s 2026 40 Under 40 honorees, recognizing her professional accomplishments, leadership, and contributions to the community.

Each year, Georgia Trend, a statewide magazine covering business, politics, and economic development, recognizes 40 outstanding Georgians under the age of 40 who have demonstrated excellence in their careers while making a positive difference in their communities.

The annual recognition, now in its 30th year, celebrates emerging leaders from a wide range of professions throughout Georgia. Honorees are selected from hundreds of nominations submitted from across the state.

“Brittany has an extraordinary gift for finding the right words and turning them into messages that truly resonate,” said Glynn County Commission Chair Wayne Neal. “Her ability to communicate with clarity and purpose is a remarkable asset to Glynn County, and we’re fortunate to have her.”

As Glynn County’s Communications Director, Brittany plays an important role in keeping residents informed about county government, its services, and the issues affecting the community. Her work helps strengthen communication between local government and the people it serves, promoting transparency, public awareness, and community engagement.

“Brittany’s recognition is a tremendous honor, not only for her, but for Glynn County as a whole,” said Glynn County Manager William Fallon. “Since assuming the reins of the Communications Department, Brittany has consistently demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and dedication to public service.”

Dozier’s selection reflects the importance of effective communication in local government and the value of building strong relationships with the community.
