Island Players’ members gather to celebrate 70 years of theatre with a ribbon cutting. Established in 1956 The Island Players performed their first show, The Moon is Blue, at the King and Prince Hotel. In 1959 production was moved to the Airport Playhouse at McKinnon Airport.
