BOE approves millage rate

Last night the Glynn County Board of Education voted to approve the millage rate at 14.9. The millage rate was dropped to 14.9 for the 2024-2025 fiscal year and has remained the same. The millage rate supports the fiscal year 2027 budget including the use of $1.7 million of the general fund balance leaving the system with an estimated  fund balance of $27.1 million.
